To ensure students achieve their personal best in the HSC it is very important that students choose:
- subjects that play to their strengths/abilities
- subjects of interest that they will commit and work hard in
- subjects that are helpful to their future.
Students are to carefully consider all their choices and discuss options with their parents and teachers. Ask questions of your teachers in class or on parent-teacher night.
It is crucial that students take the time to research all subjects they are interested in and that they make their own choices (not necessarily the same choices as their friends).
In addition to school resources, the NESA website has some great advice for students choosing HSC courses.

Meetings with Senior Executive and teachers to discuss each student’s selection / pattern of study. Students who have completed Morrisby testing will discuss their profile with teacher. |
