At North Sydney Girls High School, we offer a running club which involves students running/walking before school, off campus. The group meets outside the PE change rooms at school at 7:45am each Friday morning and the runs are carried out in the Crows Nest/North Sydney area (usually St Leonards Park) for approximately 45 minutes. Students do not need to attend every session; they can choose when they would like to attend. This is a chance for students to improve personal fitness and overall wellbeing.
